Mikel Arteta has made six changes from Sunday's 1-0 win over Liverpool. Viktor Gyokeres, Eberechi Eze, Mikel Merino, Martin Zubimendi, Piero Hincapie and Ben White come into the team. Kai Havertz, Christos Tzolis, Bruno Guimaraes, Martin Odegaard, Riccardo Calafiori and Jurrien Timber drop to the bench.
William Saliba returns to the squad as a substitute for the first time since the World Cup following his recovery from a back injury. Max Dowman is also among the substitutes as his three-game ban for being sent off against Fleetwood doesn't apply in the Champions League.
Arsenal remain the favourites to win the Champions League this season, according to the Opta supercomputer. Its data says Arsenal have a 22 per cent chance of winning the competition this season. That's a slight lead over Bayern Munich who have an 18 per cent chance. Reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain have a 13 per chance.
Arsenal are, however, only expected to finish third in the Champions League league phase. They are currently predicted to finish on 18 points, below PSG and Real Madrid.
Sky Sports' Sam Blitz:Team news is coming shortly from the Czech Republic, so who could Arsenal rotate for this fixture? Gabriel could be a player who is rotated out, given he has played every single minute for Arsenal in the Premier League and Champions League this season. There's also Cristhian Mosuqera and Piero Hincapie as options to rotate in.
Hincapie could be used to come in for Riccardo Calafiori at left-back, who has had fitness issues in the past. Ben White could also be used on the other side, while William Saliba may be an option. Will Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard - who have also had fitness problems down the years - be used tonight?
World Cup winners Mikel Merino and Martin Zubimendi have been hardly used and this could be the time to use them two in midfield, as well as Myles Lewis-Skelly. There's some room to rotate up top - most notably available-again Max Dowman who could give Noni Madueke a bit of a rest. Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze started Sunday's win over Liverpool on the bench. They could also get a run-out...
Last week, Mikel Arteta discussed his reaction to Max Dowman's red card against Fleetwood in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
This is a special venue for Arsenal teenager Max Dowman, who became the Champions League's youngest player when the Gunners beat Slavia Prague 3-0 at the Fortuna Arena last season. The two sides meet again exactly one year to the day from that game. He could become Arsenal's youngest Champions League starter if he is used from the off today. He may well be.
Dowman is available despite serving a domestic suspension for his red card in last week's Carabao Cup defeat at Fleetwood. This is a chance to use him when he will be suspended for Arsenal's next two games. Regarding the red card at Fleetwood, Arteta reiterated both he and the 16-year-old have now moved on.
"Well, it's another year in his career, and he's shown that every time he's played with us, he has a lot to offer," Arteta said. "So that would be now a matter of a choice from my side to pick him." That (the red card) is a chapter that is gone. It's a moment of learning from all of us, and we move on. And you learn from the not-so-good ones.
"When you see the kid, and today we spent some time together as well, talking about things in training. It's always super positive. "When you are 16, you have a different way of looking at things and treating things, and that's what he brings to the team as well."
Sky Sports' Alan Smith on whether William Saliba or Ezri Konsa should start at centre-back for Arsenal when both are fully fit:"William Saliba's return is a massive boost. He's a world class defender, great to have him back in the fold.
"It's not as if they were desperate for him to return to the team in defence but it would give all the lads a lift because he's an integral part of what Mikel Arteta wants to do. "He's a fine footballer. From his point of view, it's great to see him back involved. "He might have a job on his hands to get back in the side. He should do! You wouldn't have said that a year ago or the year before that."
But with Ezri Konsa coming into the club and hitting the ground running, it's amazing what he's done with a different club and different style of play, different team-mates, he's made Saliba's injury much more comfortable." What Arteta does, we'll wait and see. But when Saliba does get back to full fitness, Konsa will still get a run-out because Arsenal have a lot of games..."
Gary Cotterill reports on William Saliba's first training session with Arsenal's first team since he injury picked up during the World Cup.He has travelled to Prague for this game - having played 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly last week. Will he be making his long-awaited Arsenal return?
Slavia Prague, meanwhile, have failed to win any of their Champions League matches so far this season. So far, their only point has come away at Fenerbahce, having lost to RC Lens and Sabah in their opening games.
